    "Justin Leininger was outstanding. The reason for being given "only an 8" on the time consideration question is that in some instances he had to deal with other customers and wasn't able to find someone to substitute for him. For me, buying a car is a very stressful process. There was only one time in the whole two month period when I was stressed by what happened. This was when we came to collect the car and had eight decisions to make on extended service contracts, paintless dent repair etc. In the euphoria of taking delivery it may be that some of your customers decide to spend serveral thousand dollars on these items. We decided to spend nothing, but if you had approached us a week before delivery with the options AND A LIST OF PRICES we would have been able to make an objective decision.     "John Richman was our sales consultant that sold us our MINI Countryman. He was outstanding in the way he treated our family. He answered all our questions even though the dealership was closed (we were just walking around the lot checking out the cars). He hung out with our 3 year old son so that me and my wife could check out the cars a little more. We found the "one" that night and arranged with him to test drive the car first thing when the dealership was opened. We got there the next day and the car was pulled up front and ready to go. The test drive sealed the deal for us. When we decided that we were ready to purchase, the negotiations were short and fair and the finance person (Chris) did an awesome job outlining the different maintenance options to us.     "Unfortunately I do have one small complaint. When I called to make my appointment for service, the person scheduling the appt. sent me a confirmation email for my service. The date of the service in the email was three weeks later than we had spoke of on the phone, so I called back to verify. I spoke to the same person about this error. I was told "oh the computer put the wrong in the email"... There was never an apology given for the confusion or a thank you for my call to clarify.
