    "MINI should consider themselves lucky that these cars pretty much sell themselves because if I was going to make a purchase based solely on the experience with my sales advisor I would have thought twice. Serious improvement could be made on the communication side of the sales experience. Although, I do have to point out that the front desk receptionist was very kind and the financial advisor was really great. My main issue was the lack of response when e-mailing my advisor.     "I was not looking forward to car shopping and dealing with car salesmen but Smitty made my car buying experience enjoyable. Smitty was patient and took the time to find out what I wanted and even had me drive cars I wasn't orignally interested in just so that I could get a feel for all of the Mini's. My husband was out of town for a month and I wasn't sure how I was going to get my new car but once again Smitty was wonderful and drove the car to me in Casa Grande. I priced the cost of the oil change at three other locations and each one was about $90 for the full service.
